Non-woven fabric nozzle / Non-woven fabric device "Spunlace"

Non-woven fabric is produced by injecting high-pressure water flow to entangle the constituent fibers.

The non-woven fabric nozzle and non-woven fabric device "Spunlace" is a method for producing non-woven fabric by injecting high-pressure water flow into a fiber web to entangle the constituent fibers. By appropriately selecting the pressure and frequency of the high-pressure water flow ejected from the nozzle during the entanglement process, as well as the composition of the raw materials of the fiber web, a wide variety of patterns can be imparted to the non-woven fabric. Non-woven fabric nozzle and non-woven fabric device "Meltblown Spunbond"

The meltblown method is a process for producing non-woven fabric from raw resin in a single step.

The non-woven fabric nozzle and non-woven fabric device "Meltblown Spunbond" is a method for producing non-woven fabric in a single step from raw resin. Melted thermoplastic plastic resin is extruded from a die installed after the extruder and blown onto a net conveyor or collection screen with a high-speed, high-temperature airflow, creating a self-adhesive web. On the other hand, spunbond involves heating and melting low melting point resin chips, such as polypropylene, and directly spinning them by extruding through a nozzle. The endless long fibers that are extruded are layered on top of each other on a belt conveyor to form a web. For more details, please download the catalog.
