The non-woven fabric nozzle and non-woven fabric device "Meltblown Spunbond" is a method for producing non-woven fabric in a single step from raw resin. Melted thermoplastic plastic resin is extruded from a die installed after the extruder and blown onto a net conveyor or collection screen with a high-speed, high-temperature airflow, creating a self-adhesive web. On the other hand, spunbond involves heating and melting low melting point resin chips, such as polypropylene, and directly spinning them by extruding through a nozzle.
